Fortunately, the data transfer rate with DDR5 is fast enough to reduce the overall latency caused by high CL timings. In this post, we’ll find the DDR5 RAM modules that are equivalent to DDR4 3200 MHz CL16 in terms of overall latency.
Upon calculating CL/Data Rate * 2000, we get overall latency. So for DDR4 3200 MHz CL16, we get 10ns overall latency. Now let’s check out the DDR5 RAM options in the market that offer the same 10ns overall latency.
