Dell Announces New Latitude 9510 Laptop: CES 2020

Meet the new Dell Latitude 9510 laptop that incorporates the latest Intel 10th gen processors up to Core i7. Along with the support for Wifi 6 and 5G, Latitude 9510 also features the Dell Optimizer technology that dynamically adjusts the behavior to provide the best performance. Due to AI optimizations, the battery performance also benefits significantly allowing the laptop to run up to 30 hours.

According to the company, Dell Latitude 9510 is the world’s smallest and lightest 15″ business laptop. Additionally, Dell also claims it to be the most intelligent 15″ commercial PC.

Since it features the InfinityEdge display, this new Latitude 9000 series laptop is able to fit 15″ screen in a smaller size than ever. In order to retain the InfinityEdge display, Dell incorporates 5G antennas into the speakers of this laptop.

In terms of design and construction, the new Latitude 9510 features a machined-aluminum finish with diamond-cut edges. Although the design is quite thin, still it manages to dissipate heat very effectively. Due to the carbon blade fans and dual heat pipes, the laptop stays cool and quiet even under heavy workloads.

Dell Optimizer

The new Latitude 9510 comes with the Dell Optimizer software which automatically adjusts the laptop behavior and performance with the help of AI. As a benefit, you will barely experience any lag in the performance. Also, the battery life will improve significantly with the help of Dell Optimizer. Some of the benefits of the Dell Optimizer software include:

  1. Express Response – Using artificial intelligence, the software will detect the applications you frequently visit. Once it analyzes your behavior, it will load those applications in virtually no time resulting in better and faster user experience.
  2. Express Sign-in – Latitude 9510 will automatically detect if you’re around or away from the laptop via the proximity sensor. Every time you’re away, the laptop will lock by itself ensuring maximum security and privacy. Another advantage of express sign-in is that it helps to execute the login process faster as it starts working behind the scenes right when it detects the user via the proximity sensor.
  3. Express Charge – By dynamically changing the charging patterns according to power consumption, Express Charge helps to improve the battery life and performance of this laptop. In one hour, you can charge the new Latitude up to 80% with Express Charge Boost.

Pricing and Availability

The new Dell 2-in-1 Latitude 9510 laptop will release globally on March 26, 2020, at a starting price of $1,799USD. Dell will also showcase this laptop at CES 2020 along with the recent displays as well as XPS laptops.
